Steele Creek is about a week away from a new steakhouse. Texas Roadhouse plans to open its newest Charlotte-area restaurant on Monday, Nov. 9, at 13425 Rigsby Road, near Charlotte Premium Outlets, according to the restaurant's location page. The Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce lists the grand opening for 3 to 10 p.m. that day.

Hours

The location page currently lists these hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 4 to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday: noon to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

When CharlotteFive first reported the opening in September, weekday service was listed as starting at 3 p.m., so it's worth checking the website or calling 704-285-8450 before you go.

Jobs and the building

The restaurant is expected to create 220 jobs, and construction on the 7,900-square-foot building started last year, WSOC reported. Kevin Allmon is the managing partner, according to the location page.

The Steele Creek restaurant joins the chain's existing area locations in Matthews, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill and Salisbury, per CharlotteFive and WSOC.
